Job Description / Responsibilities
- Engaging Prospects: Proactively reaching out to individuals and businesses to present deposit and loan products tailored to their needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase business share.
- Due Diligence: Conducting thorough evaluations of potential customers before onboarding and at scheduled intervals to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Collaborative Service Delivery: Working closely with colleagues across departments to provide seamless, high-quality service to customers.
- Marketing Activities: Contributing to daily marketing activities and advertising the bank’s products.
- Loan Portfolio Monitoring: Proper follow-up on existing customers and daily monitoring of the loan portfolio.
- Documentation Review: Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Sales Targets: Ensuring assigned sales targets and budgets are met and participating in sales performance review meetings.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience.
