Creative & Administrative Assistant

About the Role
- We are seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organised Creative & Administrative Assistant to support a professional Master of Ceremonies (MC) with both administrative and event-related responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate should be passionate about media and entertainment, possess excellent organisational skills, and be flexible enough to work outside regular hours when events require.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating the employer’s daily schedule and appointments.
- Accompany the employer to events and provide on-site support before, during, and after each event.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during events and other engagements.
- Assist with filming, basic video editing, and content creation for social media platforms.
- Schedule and publish content across social media channels.
- Respond to basic enquiries and maintain professional communication with clients where required.
- Coordinate event itineraries, bookings, and logistics.
- Organise files, documents, and other administrative records.
- Run occasional work-related errands as assigned.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Requirements
- Experience in media, entertainment, content creation, or a similar field.
- Basic knowledge of content filming and video editing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Must be reliable, professional, and willing to travel to event locations.
- Candidate should reside around Ikeja, Ogba, Maryland, Somolu, Yaba, or nearby areas for easy mobility.
Work Schedule:
- Employeebackground checksHybrid work arrangement.
- Regular working hours are 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- On event days, the assistant is expected to accompany the employer to event venues, and work may extend into the evening depending on the event schedule.
Salary
N120,000 per month
