Requirements
- Qualifications, LLB (Hons) BL, LLM and possession of ACIS (membership of the institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrators) added advantage.
- Not less than 10 years Post Call to Bar experience
- Highly skilled individual suitable to handle the lagal and corporate secretariat of a fast growing financial institution.
- Deep knowledge of legal principles, Integration, Contract Drafting, Real Estate e.t.c (desirable)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
