Restaurant Supervisor
Location: Akobi Crescent, Off Fashoro, Ishaga, Surulere - Lagos

Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday. 7:00am – 7:00pm
About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Food Production Supervisor to oversee daily food production operations.
- The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the food industry and the ability to manage kitchen operations, supervise staff, and ensure consistent quality output.
- This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain high production standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing and delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food production and kitchen operations
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and food quality standards are strictly followed
- Manage and coordinate production staff effectively
- Oversee food preparation, packaging, and dispatch processes
- Monitor inventory and report stock requirements
- Ensure timely production and delivery of customer orders
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Enforce operational policies and efficiency standards
- Support process improvement for better productivity
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in a relevant field
- 2–3 years of experience in the food industry (restaurant, catering, food production, or related field)
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Preferred Gender: Any

Salary
