Summary

Key Requirements
- Must be highly proficient in Intercontinental Cuisines & Desserts, including expertise in:
- Mediterranean & Italian (Pastas, Risottos, Seafood, Gourmet Pizzas)
- Asian & Pan-Asian (Stir-fries, Noodles, Sushi, Teriyaki)
- American Grill & Bistro (Steaks, Gourmet Burgers, Ribs, Salads)
- Desserts & Pastries (Plated Desserts, Cakes, Tarts, Mousses)
- Proven experience in a reputable lounge, restaurant, or hotel with strong kitchen management and hygiene standards is required.
Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 monthly.
