Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in Lagos.
- The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience within the HMO / Health Insurance industry, with a proven ability to generate leads, acquire corporate clients, build strong business relationships, and drive enrolment growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HMO and health insurance market.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into corporate and individual clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies, brokers, agents, and other business partners.
- Conduct corporate visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on proposals and prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
- Promote the company's health plans, products, and services.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, health awareness programmes, and corporate activations.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular marketing reports.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent client onboarding and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of marketing / sales experience in an HMO or health insurance company.
- Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain corporate relationships.
- Good knowledge of the Nigerian HMO/health insurance industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
- Must be resident in Lagos or willing to work from the Lagos office.
