The Role
- We are looking for a Graphics Designer who can move comfortably between quick daily social content and larger brand projects, and who is not fazed by working across several brands in the same week.
- You will be the primary designer across our ecosystem, producing daily social content, campaign visuals, presentation materials, and brand assets for internal teams and occasional client work. You will work closely with the Social Media Marketer and Community Growth teams to keep multiple brands visually consistent and moving at pace.
- This is a high output role. A typical week combines routine single post design with larger projects such as brand guides, highlight sets, and campaign asset packs, and you will be expected to manage both without either one slipping.
What You Will Do
- Design daily social content, single posts, carousels, and campaign visuals across multiple brands.
- Produce brand guides, highlight sets, presentation decks, and other larger creative projects as assigned.
- Work from briefs and apply brand guidelines accurately and consistently across every brand you support.
- Turn around corrections and revisions promptly, and reduce repeat corrections over time.
- Keep files organised, properly named, and handed over cleanly so anyone can pick up your work.
- Collaborate directly with the Social Media Marketer, Community Growth and Engagement Manager, and Sales team as briefs require.
What We Are Looking For
- At least two years of hands on graphics design experience, ideally across social media, brand and campaign work.
- A portfolio showing range, from quick single post content to larger structured projects such as brand guides or campaign packs.
- Strong command of standard design tools and the ability to work fast without sacrificing quality.
- Comfort managing multiple brands and briefs in parallel, and clear communication when something is blocked.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently once a brief is understood.
