Finance Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in line with corporate objectives; lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans; monitor financial performance and provide strategic reports/ recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Partner with retail operations, procurement and sales teams to optimise costs and improve financial performance.
- Lead, mentor and develop the finance team while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum of six years' relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least three years’ experience in a senior or leadership role.
- A Higher Degree or professional certification (ACCA,CFA or CPA) is an added advantage.
Salary
N700,000 monthly.
