Job Information
- We are currently looking to recruit a qualified Facility Manager to oversee utilities management operations
- The role involves providing administrative and operational support, and coordinating with departments such as Store, Administration, and Procurement to ensure smooth facility and utilities operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the facility's utilities operations
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Utilities Management function
- Coordinate and liaise with the Store department on utilities-related supplies and materials
- Coordinate with the Administration department on facility and utilities matters
- Liaise with the Procurement department to ensure timely purchase of utilities-related items and services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of facility and utilities activities
- Track and report on utilities usage, consumption, and related costs
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel
- Ensure proper filing and organization of facility-related documents
- Monitor compliance with facility and utilities policies and procedures
- Ensure facility operations align with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Educations and Experience
- EducationalResourcesHND / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Must have prior experience working in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector
- Experience in facility/utilities management, administration, or a related support role is required
- Experience working in a manufacturing or facility-based environment is desirable.
Competencies Required:
- Good working knowledge of relevant systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
