Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Manager to oversee the hospital's administrative functions and ensure the efficient coordination of daily operations.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for driving operational excellence and supporting quality healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the hospital's day-to-day administrative operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
- Supervise administrative, front desk, records, and support staff.
- Coordinate facility management, office administration, and general services.
- Manage procurement processes and oversee inventory of administrative supplies.
- Ensure proper documentation, record management, and regulatory compliance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, staff welfare, and performance management in collaboration with the Human Resources team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain administrative records.
- Monitor departmental budgets and control administrative expenses.
- Work closely with clinical and non-clinical departments to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and statutory regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative management experience, preferably within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Sound knowledge of office administration, procurement, and facility management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hospital management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
