Account Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Account Officer will support the organization’s financial operations by ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting financial transactions in line with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- The role includes maintaining general ledger accounts, processing invoices and payments, preparing financial reports, monitoring receivables, supporting tax and statutory compliance activities, and ensuring proper documentation of financial records.
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or ICAN is required.
- 2 – 5 years post qualification experience.
- Experience within a microfinance bank or financial institution will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
