Finance Manager

Job Summary
- The Finance Manager will oversee the financial health of the organization, providing strategic financial leadership across our diversified business lines, ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and support for business growth objectives.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across business units
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory filings, and financial reporting standards
- Develop and enforce internal controls and financial policies
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, regulators, and tax authorities
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making
- Monitor cost structures and identify areas for cost optimization
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger functions
- Supervise and develop finance/accounting team members
- Support budgeting and financial planning for manufacturing, agriculture, and hospitality segments
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management/board
Qualifications
- Minimum of ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) certification
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification industry experience.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
