Purpose of the Role

• Service Specialist, In-Vitro Diagnostics is responsible for attending to all client’s request, complaints, enquiries on IVD Equipment in efficient and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

Clients:

• Provision of first line support to Clients for product information and application, including responding to telephone and email enquiries.
• Carryout installation, breakdown, and preventative maintenance cover to clients.
• Investigation, documentation, and resolution of customer complaints, including liaison with relevant suppliers, in a timely and professional manner.
• Provision of customer feedback and market information to appropriate sales and marketing personnel.
• Provide on-site or virtual product training for end users.

Downtime:

• To ensure client gets minimum down time.
• Understanding of issue from the first call ensuring quick resolution.
• Lodging all complaints on OEM platforms and follow-up.
• As service is key to success, we need to ensure every client is catered with a respectable way.
• Back up services available and monitored carefully.

Requirements

Experience:

• 2 – 4 years’ experience as Service Specialist, In-Vitro Diagnostics
