Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Travel Manager to oversee daily travel operations, manage clients, lead staff, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily travel operations.
• Supervise ticketing & reservations staff.
• Manage key clients and handle escalations.
• Drive sales and business growth.
• Support digital marketing and lead conversion.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years experience working in a travel agency. 3 – 5 years experience working in a travel agency.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing, reservations & travel operations.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Computer literate (email, MS Office, booking systems).
• Digital marketing experience (social media, WhatsApp marketing).
• Leadership and team management skills.

Salary

N350,000 per month.
