Job Summary
- The Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the company's loan products and financial services, increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting customer acquisition initiatives.
- The role involves executing marketing campaigns, engaging prospective customers, and contributing to the achievement of business growth objectives
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Customer Acquisition:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, identify and engage prospective customers, promote the company's loan products and financial services, and collaborate with the business development team to achieve customer acquisition and portfolio growth targets.
Job Requirements
- OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 0 - 1 year experience in marketing, sales, or customer acquisition within a financial institution, fintech, microfinance bank, or loan company.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 per month.
