About the Role

  • The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will provide strategic financial leadership and direction to support the organization's long-term growth, profitability, and sustainability.
  • The role is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies, overseeing financial planning and analysis, treasury management, corporate financing, risk management, governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification: CFA plus ACA or ACCA.
  • Minimum of 15 years' progressive finance experience.
  • At least 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive leadership role.
  • Strong experience in: Treasury Management, Corporate Finance, Debt & Equity Financing, Taxation, Financial Modelling, Governance & Risk Management, Financial Reporting
  • Experience within manufacturing or other import-dependent sectors is desirable.
