Procurement Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a strong background in factory procurement.
- The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience sourcing and purchasing factory-related materials, equipment, spare parts, and consumables. Candidates without manufacturing or factory procurement experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and procure factory materials, equipment, machinery spare parts, and consumables.
- Identify and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required items.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate their performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate purchasing records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of proven experience in factory or manufacturing procurement.
- Must have experience procuring factory items, machinery spare parts, production materials, and industrial consumables.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement systems.
- Must be willing to relocate to Lekki Free Zone.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
