Job Summary
The Facility Manager will be Responsible for the effective maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of company facilities.
The role oversees property upkeep, contractor coordination, utilities monitoring, security supervision, and tenant support.
Core Responsibilties
Conduct routine inspections to ensure buildings and grounds remain safe, clean, and functional.
Coordinate vendors, maintenance staff, cleaners, and security personnel; ensure all work meets required standards.
Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems; follow up on faults and scheduled servicing.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations; carry out safety checks and maintain incident reports
Address tenant facility complaints and support smooth onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, repairs, inventory, and facility reports.
Support budget preparation and promote cost-effective facility solutions.
Oversee security operations, access control, and protection of company assets.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND / HND qualification in a relevant field.
Must have excellent driving skills and a valid driver’s license.
Strong knowledge of the Abuja Road network.
Good technical/maintenance knowledge, communication skills, and ability to multitask
Understanding of safety standards and facility operations.
Supervisory and interpersonal abilities.
Must have 2-3 years experience as a facility manager.
