E-Commerce Sales Executive / Brand Promoter

About the Role
- Bee Shop Global is a fast-growing E-Commerce platform expanding its operations in Nigeria. We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented, and ambitious E-Commerce Sales Executives / Brand Promoters to join our team at our Ikeja Headquarters.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving platform user acquisition, promoting e-commerce products, and helping customers utilize our innovative rewards system. You will receive 100% free corporate training and structured support from our experienced team leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and drive awareness of the Bee Shop E-Commerce platform to prospective customers and clients in Lagos.
- Assist customers with account registration, navigating the platform, and making seamless shopping transactions.
- Attend regular physical training and team alignment sessions at our Ikeja Headquarters.
- Utilize company resources, corporate presentations, and marketing materials to achieve personal and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shoppers, merchant partners, and team members.
- Provide daily/weekly activity reports to the Sales Operations Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related field (SSCE holders with strong sales experience may also apply) with 1-15 yearss experience
- Prior experience in sales, field marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a positive mindset.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to e-commerce industry trends.
- Must be resident in Lagos and able to report to our Ikeja office (Allen Avenue) for physical training and operations.
