Job Summary
- The Mixologist is responsible for creating and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.
- The role involves maintaining bar operations, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards, managing inventory, and creating a memorable guest experience through creativity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Develop innovative signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus.
- Engage with customers professionally, recommend drinks based on their preferences, and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
- Maintain proper storage of beverages, garnishes, and bar equipment.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Assist in setting up and closing the bar according to company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, new products, and mixology techniques.
- Participate in promotional events and beverage tastings as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
