Data Analyst (Trainee)

Job Description
We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, high intellect, and integrity.
Given the sensitive data the individual will handle, we are looking for self-starters who demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
Collate and prepare daily retail, depot, commercial sales report, weekly summary report, and monthly depot, commercial and retail sales report (PMS, AGO, LPG, lubricants)
Prepare sales performance management reports including sales, revenue, margins and station rankings.
Assist in analyzing pricing, margins, and stock variances across stations and regions.
Maintain retail, depot and commercial databases and dashboards
Identify data trends, inconsistencies, and underperforming outlets for management review.
Assist with management reporting requirements.
Skills
Expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and data accuracy.
Good communication and reporting skills.
