Data Analyst
Location: Benin City, Edo

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse inventory data and stock movements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.
- Maintain accurate inventory databases and records.
- Generate KPI dashboards and management reports.
- Analyse consumption trends and identify potential stock shortages or excesses.
- Support stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all inventory systems.
- Coordinate with stores, procurement, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and improve reporting tools, templates, and data processes.
Requirements
- Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional Experience: 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, inventory control, or stores management
- Technical:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Soft Skills: Time Management skills.

Salary
N125,000 - N150,000 per month.
