Site Accountant
Location: Benin City Edo

Responsibilties
- Prepare Monthly Site budget in collaboration with the project manager
- Monitor and analyze project costs against budget, providing regular variance reports
- Effect payment as approved by the project manager
- Track and record project related expenses
- Maintain project account in City book accounting software
- Send monthly ledger position(extraction) to head office
- Monitor project accounts for inflows and effect necessary posting
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Work closely with the project managers, procurement teams and other departments to ensure financial alignment
- Maintain proper filing systems for all financial and project-related documents
- Preventing errors and misuse of funds
- Perform any other assignment(s) as directed by the Chief Accountant or Head, Finance and account

Qualifications
- BSc or HND in Accounting or Banking and Finance
- Skills in MS word, excel and power point
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Experience in project finance.
Salary
N125,000 - N150,000 monthly.
