Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour break) ; Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
About the Role
We’re hiring a LinkedIn Content, Growth & Opportunity Manager to run a 3-track execution engine for a senior technical founder’s personal brand and tech business presence.
This is not a generic social media role.
You will own:
Growth Engine – Daily LinkedIn engagement, distribution, relationship building
Opportunity Engine – High-volume, high-quality international job applications and direct company outreach
Content & Authority Engine – Editing, structuring, and enhancing long-form technical content (books, articles, blogs, posts)
You will not invent technical ideas from scratch. Drafts, notes, and directions are provided. Your job is to package, improve, distribute, and scale them into real visibility and real opportunities.
This role is 100% execution and results-driven.
What You’ll Do
LinkedIn Growth (Daily):
Reply to 100% of comments within 24 hours
Write ~24 high-quality comments/day in relevant tech niches
Add ~60 meaningful reactions/day
Reshare 4 posts/day with original commentary
Start at least 6 new conversations/day
Send 20 targeted, personalized connection requests/day (Mon–Fri)
Build relationships with CTOs, founders, engineering leaders, recruiters, and product leaders.
Opportunity Engine (Mon–Saturday):
Apply to 30 relevant international roles/day (platforms + company pages)
Send 30 direct company submissions/day (CV + tailored cover letter)
Target senior roles: Principal Engineer, Architect, Engineering Manager, Staff/Principal Backend
Track everything in a structured sheet
Weekly target: ~ 200 high-quality submissions.
Content & Authority:
Edit, restructure, and refine: Technical articles, blog posts, book chapters, long-form LinkedIn posts
Turn raw drafts into clear, authoritative, publish-ready content
Repurpose long-form into short posts, threads, and carousels
Keep content technical, practical, and fluff-free.
Publishing Cadence:
5 posts/week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Themes: Architecture/.NET, product & startups, engineering leadership, careers
Tone: Professional, practical, authoritative (no hype).
KPIs (High Level)
Growth: Engagement, profile visits, follower growth, inbound messages
Activity:
24 comments/day, 4 reshares/day, 60 reactions/day
20 connections/day (Mon–Fri)
Opportunity:
100 platform applications/week
100 direct submissions/week.
Content:
2–3 long-form pieces/week
6–10 short-form posts/week.
30-Day Probation:
Week 1: Setup + baseline + engines running
Week 2: Optimization + experiments
Week 3: Show growth signals + propose new angles
Week 4: 30-day report + 60-day plan
Pass = ≥90% KPI compliance + visible growth signals.
Requirements
Proven experience growing LinkedIn personal brands or B2B pages
Strong editing, copywriting, and content packaging skills
Comfortable with technical/startup content
Understands LinkedIn growth mechanics
Highly organized, execution-driven, and independent.
Compensation
Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 / month (base salary)
Performance-driven with clear KPIs and weekly reporting.
