Operations Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Coordinate field staff, vendors, and logistics to meet operational targets
- Monitor processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management
- Handle customer/client relations and resolve operational issues promptly
- Support management with strategic planning and execution of company goals
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree with 2+ years operations experience is an advantage
- Must live in Lagos.
Skills:
- Strong personality - can take charge and lead teams
- Sound communication skills - can speak and write clearly
- Very strong-willed, disciplined and target-driven
- Able to handle pressure and make tough decisions.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
