Restaurant Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant outlet.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering of supplies.
- Drive sales, control costs, and achieve operational targets.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare operational reports and coordinate staff schedules.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a restaurant or hospitality outlet.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
