Job Summary
We seek an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to support transaction advisory work that requires sound judgment, drafting skills, and effective client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
Supporting due diligence and deal structuring
Coordinating transaction execution
Providing advisory support under supervision
Requirements
Law degree with relevant post-qualification experience
3–6 years of experience in transaction advisory or corporate practice
Strong drafting and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations.
