Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 10 years work experience.
Qualities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with excellent content creation abilities.
- Good understanding of social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Experience running and optimising paid advertising campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
- Strong copywriting and persuasive writing skills.
- Familiarity with email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video editing skills for social media content are an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Results-driven with a focus on lead generation, sales, and business growth.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve marketing skills.
