Job Brief
- We are currently seeking a highly knowledgeable IT Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and businesses develop, utilize, and integrate IT systems.
- By resolving technical problems and providing comprehensive user training, you will enable our clients to maximize the value of technology in their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals.
- Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with in-house technical staff.
- Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
- Support new technology implementation.
- Train users in new and existing IT systems.
- Provide assistance with technical issues.
- Revise existing systems and suggest improvements.
- Produce reports.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as IT Consultant.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware,software and network problems.
- Experience with various operating systems and databases.
- Experience in project management.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Interpersonal skills.
- BSc/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business will be a plus.
- Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA A+) is an asset.
Salary
N120,000 - N250,000 / month.
