Factory HR Intern

Job Summary
- We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and eager-to-learn HR Intern to support our Factory Human Resources team.
- This internship offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, training coordination, compliance, and HR reporting within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing employment letters, HR correspondence, and payroll documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programmes, staff events, and internal communications.
- Coordinate training logistics, maintain training records, and support learning and development activities.
- Assist with HR compliance, statutory documentation, audits, and implementation of company policies.
- Support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) initiatives and employee welfare programmes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports, update HR trackers, and provide administrative support to the Factory HR team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
