Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Reservation Officer to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage apartment reservations and booking schedules.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and reservation requests.
- Confirm, modify, and cancel bookings as required.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure guest readiness.
- Maintain accurate booking records and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree, HND, OND in relevant field.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Experience handling apartment bookings and reservations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using reservation booking systems is an advantage.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
