Creative Content Creator / Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies across multiple brands.
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, articles, and marketing copy.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build active online communities.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend creative content ideas that increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple brands and content projects while meeting deadlines.
You must:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
- Reside on Lagos Island or within a reasonable commuting distance to Ikota (Lekki–Ajah)
- Have a minimum of two (2) years' experience creating digital content and managing business social media accounts.
- Be highly creative with a strong portfolio of original content, videos, and social media campaigns.
- Have excellent scriptwriting, copywriting, storytelling, and content planning skills.
- Be proficient in video shooting, editing, and production for social media platforms.
- Be proficient in Canva and at least one professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar.
- Have experience growing social media communities and improving engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Be confident appearing in videos, directing video shoots, and coordinating content production where necessary.
- Be able to manage multiple brands and content schedules simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Have a strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and content strategies.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
