Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to strengthen our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will deliver an excellent service, support colleagues, and contribute to continuous improvement at Enugu International Hospital.
- You will work within a multidisciplinary team serving patients across South-East Nigeria, with access to modern facilities and a clear pathway for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high-quality, reliable service within the Human Resources function
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared goals
- Maintain accurate records and uphold organisational standards
- Support quality improvement and process-efficiency initiatives
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance requirements at all times

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in HR or related field with CIPM membership and HR-management experience
- Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required
- 8+ years work experience.
- Evidence of continuing professional development
