Supermarket Supervisor
Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the supermarket to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of store staff.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked, organized, and merchandised.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety standards.
- Track product movement and minimize stock losses, wastage, and shrinkage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure product availability.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new store employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve store targets and improve profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a supermarket, retail store, or FMCG environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates residing in or around Wuse 2, Abuja, will have an added advantage.
Salary
N150,000 per month.
