Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, excellent branding knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency in visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, advertisements, presentations, and print materials.
- Lead the design and execution of brand identity materials while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create engaging visual content aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee junior designers and provide guidance, feedback, and quality control on design outputs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Create and edit motion graphics, video content, and multimedia assets where required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.
- Ensure all final designs are production-ready for digital and print applications.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related disciplines
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with at least 3–5 years relevant experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and marketing creatives.
- Proficiency in design software such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro (added advantage)
- Figma or similar design tools.
