- The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in skincare treatments, committed to excellent customer service, and dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments tailored to clients' skin types and concerns.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products.
- Perform deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and facial massage techniques.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
- Keep accurate client treatment records.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and a relaxing experience.
- Stay updated on new skincare products, technologies, and treatment techniques.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Facial Therapist or Esthetician.
- Knowledge of different skin types, skin conditions, and facial treatment techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to recommend retail skincare products.
- Relevant certification in Beauty Therapy, Esthetics, or Cosmetology is an added advantage.
