Project Manager / Quality Control Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The successful candidate will be stationed on-site and responsible for supervising construction activities, monitoring project quality, ensuring compliance with approved specifications and standards, and submitting regular progress and quality control reports to the Branch.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering or Building Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in building construction and project supervision.

Residency:
- Must reside in Lagos or its environs.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and project management software.
Professional Certifications (Added Advantages):
- Registration with COREN (Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria) or CORBON (Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria).
- Recognized Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
