Job Description (in Summary)
- Lead the organisation's retail operations and social media activities by driving in-store sales and customer experience, managing retail staff and inventory, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, growing brand visibility and online engagement; ensuring the seamless integration of retail and marketing initiatives to achieve business growth and profitability.
Major Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Comm., or any related field.
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience in retail management, with hands-on exposure to social media marketing and digital brand management.
- Experience in publishing, books/ educational materials marketing or consumer goods retail will be an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, content creation tools and basic analytics, with excellent leadership, communication and brand management skills.
Reward System
- Salary is about N450, 000 per month.
