Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B customers while expanding business with existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits, manage key accounts, and strengthen client relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints by collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Identify potential industries, factories, and catering contractors to promote company products.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
- Perform other business development duties as assigned.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales and marketing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories and relocate anywhere in Nigeria or West Africa if required.
Salary
N250,000 per month.
