Job Title: Finance Officer
Location: Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping.
Process invoices, payments, and expenses, ensuring proper documentation.
Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as needed.
Manage expense reimbursements.
Help maintain and organize financial records for audits and tax purposes.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors and customers, to resolve billing and payment inquiries.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3 years plus proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicant must be willing to work a few hours on Saturdays.
