Develop, maintain, and scale backend features using Django
Build and manage reliable APIs to support frontend and product needs
Implement business logic and backend workflows
Collaborate closely with product managers and frontend developers
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions
Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code
Requirements:
Strong experience with Python and Django
Hands-on experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)
Solid knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with API design and third-party integrations
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and permission systems
Familiarity with Git and version control tools
Experience with multi-tenant or role-based systems is an added advantage
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Eligibility:
Proven experience as a Django Developer or Backend Developer
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and meet deadlines
Good communication and collaboration skills
