Location: Ikeja, Lagos
The Role
- The Principal will provide strategic leadership for the High School, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, effective staff supervision, student discipline, curriculum implementation and efficient school administration, while advancing the School's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the High School.
- Drive high academic standards and quality teaching.
- Supervise and develop teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Promote discipline, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
- Hold a good first degree in Education or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Have at least 10 years' teaching experience, including 5 years in senior leadership in a reputable secondary school.
- Demonstrate proven leadership and administrative competence.
- Possess excellent communication, organisational and ICT skills.
- Be a person of integrity with a passion for educational excellence and child development.
