Group Operations Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary
- To coordinate and oversee daily operations across multiple business units under the Group by ensuring operational efficiency, execution, accountability, and smooth interdepartmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operations across all business units and departments
- Monitor operational performance and execution
- Enforce reporting structures and operational systems
- Track KPIs and departmental performance
- Improve operational efficiency and workflow
- Prepare operational reports for executive management
- Ensure accountability and compliance across teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5 – 8 years operational management experience. Relevant experience in FMCG, bakery operations, retail chains, logistics, multi-sector operations, or technology systems management.

- Strong leadership, coordination, team management and reporting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in structured and fast-growing organizations
- Ability to drive execution and accountability
- Relevant experience in FMCG, bakery operations, retail chains, logistics, multi-sector operations, or technology systems management.
- Experience managing multiple teams or business units
