Job Description / Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school.
- Ensure excellence in academic standards, student welfare, and staff performance.
- Develop and implement school policies and strategic plans.
- Recruit, mentor, supervise, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Build strong relationships with parents, regulatory bodies, and the community.
- Oversee budgeting, resource management, and school operations.
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and accreditation standards.
- Drive school growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Educational Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- TRCN registration is an added advantage.
- Cambridge certification is an added advantage for schools offering the Cambridge curriculum.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of the British, Nigerian, and/or Cambridge curriculum.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology.
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively.

Salary
N150,000 - N170,000 / Month.
