Job Description
- The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent service and efficiency, while contributing to the growth and success of the establishment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily restaurant operations
- Train and manage staff to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement health and safety procedures
- Develop and manage budgets to enhance profitability.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, or NCE
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Benefits
- Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
