Terminal Manager

Job Summary
- The Terminal Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the terminal, ensuring efficient cargo handling, operational excellence, safety compliance, and effective management of personnel and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise terminal operations and workforce.
- Ensure timely cargo movement and equipment utilization.
- Enforce HSE and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in shipping, terminal, or logistics operations.
- Strong leadership and operational management skills.
Salary
N400,000 - N650,000 / month.
