Experienced Marketing Manager

Reponsibilties
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement FMCG marketing strategies aligned with company sales and growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Manage annual and quarterly marketing plans, calendars, and budgets.
Brand & Product Management:
Manage brand positioning, product visibility, and shelf presence.
Support new product development, launches, relaunches, and packaging updates.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and regions.
Trade Marketing & Distribution Support:
Design trade promotions to support distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Work closely with sales teams to improve product availability, merchandising, and visibility.
Develop POS materials (banners, shelf talkers, flyers, standees, in-store branding).
Consumer & Promotional Marketing:
Plan and execute consumer promotions, discounts, sampling, activations, and roadshows.
Coordinate below-the-line (BTL) activities to drive volume sales.
Monitor promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Digital & Media Management:
Oversee digital marketing including social media campaigns, online ads, and content creation.
Coordinate media planning, buying, and public relations activities.
Track campaign performance using KPIs and market data.
Team & Vendor Management:
Supervise marketing executives, field marketers, and brand promoters.
Manage relationships with advertising agencies, printers, media houses, and vendors.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of marketing materials.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Prepare regular marketing and market performance reports.
Measure ROI on marketing spend and trade promotions.
Use data insights to optimize future marketing activities.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
