Finance / Account Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Summary
- The Junior Accountant provides support in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Maintain accounting records and financial documentation.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Monitor petty cash and expense records.
- Assist during audits and statutory reporting exercises.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experiencein financial reporting.
