Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with different departments tp ensure smooth operations
• Identify operational challenges and recommen improvements
• Manage office supplies, assets, and facilities
• Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 2-4 years' experience in operations, administration, or related role
• strong organizational and time management skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hign level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
