Social Media Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time 

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist in developing content calendars and campaign ideas.
• Capture photos and videos for social media content when required.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Track engagement and prepare basic performance reports.
• Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches through social media.

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Basic experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
• Creative, organized, and able to  work independently.
